slack

This document describes how to create a Slack app, send messages that mention @Bot in channels or direct messages to Tencent Cloud EdgeOne Makers through the Events API, and return the result to the original channel or direct message conversation after the Agent processes it.

Prerequisites and Scope of Application

1. You must have a Slack account and a test workspace, along with permissions to create and install apps. If your organization restricts app installation, administrator approval is required.
2. Makers has been activated.
3. The Makers deployment domain can be accessed from the Slack public network, and the service can access the Slack API and model services.
4. This document verifies text direct messages and channel mentions within the workspace. Each round of channel questions must @Bot.

1. Log in to the Slack App Management page and click Create New App.
2. Select Blank app, click Continue, and enter the app name in App Name, such as Makers Assistant.
3. Select the test workspace in Workspace and click Create.
4. Go to Basic Information > App Credentials, display and copy the Signing Secret.
