Vibe Coding General Template

Vibe Coding Universal Template is built on the Claude Agent SDK and TypeScript. It is suitable for scenarios that require quickly generating SPA and SSG Web applications from natural language. It performs file writing, dependency installation, and live preview in an isolated sandbox, and the Agent runtime deploys the generated project to the Makers platform through the SDK.

Overall Architecture

Quick Start

1. Create and obtain an API Token.
2. Use the sample template below to quickly try it out and deploy with one click.

3. On the deployment configuration page, enter the API_TOKEN environment variable.
4. Click Deploy and wait for Makers to complete the build and generate an access URL.

Core Capabilities

Starting Sandbox Preview

Call the sandbox getHost(9000) to obtain the public host, and then append envdAccessToken as access_token to the link to get the sandbox preview URL.
const workspace = createMakersWorkspacePort(context);
const previewHost = await workspace.getHost?.(PREVIEW_PUBLIC_PORT);
const accessToken = workspace.accessToken;
const browserLiveUrl = workspace.browserLiveUrl;

return {
previewUrl: resolvePreviewUrl({
previewHost,
accessToken,
browserLiveUrl,
pathPrefix: PREVIEW_PATH_PREFIX,
}),
};

Integrating Makers SDK for Deployment

The Agent runtime uses the API_TOKEN to call the Makers SDK, uploads the deployment package, and triggers the build and deployment.
const deployment = await makers.deployments.deploy({
projectId,
artifact: { archive: tmpZip },
wait: true,
onStatusChange: (event) => {
options.onStage('deploying', event.deployment.status);
},
});
For the detailed deployment integration process, see Makers SDK.

Local Debugging and Deployment

Starting Local Development and Debugging

1. Go to the project root directory and install EdgeOne CLI:
npm install -g edgeone
2. Log in to EdgeOne and associate the Makers project that you want to debug:
edgeone login
edgeone makers link
After the project is associated, the API_TOKEN configured in the console and the API Key required to call Models are automatically synchronized to the local environment.
3. Start the Makers local development environment:
edgeone makers dev
After a successful startup, visit http://localhost:8088/ to open the application. Visit http://localhost:8088/agent-metrics to view detailed trace information for Agent calls.

Deploying the Project

If the project is associated with a Git repository, pushing code triggers the CI build and deployment of Makers. You can also deploy directly through the CLI:
# Deploy to Production
edgeone makers deploy -n <project name>
After a successful deployment, click the link in the Console to access the build details and the deployed URL.
